Please, WHEN should winners pay the $330 Dv lottery fee ??

For the Dv lottery 2023 recently released for example, when should the winners pay the $330 Dv fee? Do the winners pay that fee anytime or do they have to wait for their CN to be current to pay for it ?

DV fee is paid when you come to the interview at the embassy when instructed by personnel. Usually, after you hand over all required documents. Check with the embassy, but I believe they accept credit cards, local currency, and USD.

Ho really ? Isn’t it paid before going to the interview for those doing AOS? Before even sending your AOS package? Because in the AOS Application Process and Supporting Evidence, it’s asked to include « A copy of the receipt from DOS for the diversity visa lottery processing fee »

If you’re processing AOS, you should be posting your questions on the AOS thread as against creating a new thread to ask AOS related questions. Creating a new/separate thread creates unnecessary confusion, especially for folks trying to answer the question, like it has happened here. The person that responded to your question assumed you were asking about CP.
