Hi Friends,
I applied for H1 transfer and got EAC, but approval notice is pending and not receives. My previous employer told me that we canceled your visa. My wife has H4 with previous employer. She is at India and i want to call here usa.

Q. Any H4 Stamping require for my wife ?
Q. How I know my previous employer canceled my visa?
Q. When will my wife come to usa?

What's EAC? Is the H-4 visa stamp on your wife's passport still valid? In that case she can travel back. Otherwise, please wait for the new H-1B approval and send the I-797 to your wife for visa stamping.

eac mean new notice number received by USCIS. her H4 is valid.

In that case she can use the same H-4 visa to return. Please send her the necesary job change information (new H-1B filing info, pay stubs) ... in case the imigration authorities asks for ...
