Please tell me what letter to write for AP

It says in part 7 of the form

'On a seperate piece of paper 'explain how u qualify for AP. I am on EAD and need AP to travel if needed. Is this what i write ?

This letter is to confirm that I will need to travel on business outside the United States periodically during the period my adjustment of status application is pending with the INS Service Center.
