As you can see, I have not received ANY more updates since. Can you please tell me what I can do? I've setup MANY appointments with infopass, and all they told me was to wait and they're not sure when it will be done. I'm getting very frustrated and need some help and advice.

I submitted my application for I-485 on December 26, 2001. I've already talked to my congressman on this matter, and the only thing he has said was that he would keep and eye on my case if something were to happen - which pretty much didn't help me at all.

Please help!!

I wish I could have a better answer than this, but all I can say is that you are going to have to wait and they will reply. Just keep track that you did not lose any mail (especially the appointment letters) that they might have sent. Call'em up every other week. Remember, the 800 number is there for you to take advantage of. And these people are outside contractor. They may have very limited knowledge of the immigration processes, but under proper circumstances, they can trigger a movement. So don't wait, start calling today.

I wish you all the best.
