Hi,
I filed for my I-485 in Dec 02 and mine is a typical case.

I have my Labor approved from NC and when I filed my GC i have given TX address and now i am in CA but my GC address at BCIS is still TX because my employer is not going to pay my CA tax and still paying NC tax.

Because of this, I am not able to move my case to CA.

Can some one suggest how i can deal with it.

I am planning to change my driver License to TX and ask him pay TX tax so that i dont need to move my case to TX. Do any body see any problem with it.

Please suggest any other ideas.

I lost you in the last paragraph.
Anyway, first off Texas is one of few states which does not have state income tax.
If you want to move the case to CSC, all you need to do is send AR 11- change of address form.

Hi Jaxen,

Hi Jaxen,
Thanks for your reply. But the issue with moving my case to CSC is that my employer is not going to pay CA stte tax but still going to pay NC tax. In this case if i move my case to CSC, I will be in a problem. What I specified in last para is , If I have my pay roll showing TX and Driver License is of TX but I staty in CSC area, will tht be ok.
