It seems that INS will send FP notices in a batch. Could anyone please give me an idea a batch means consists of how many days NORMALLY?

If CSC repeats their usual practice, many folks will
receive finger print notices in the next few weeks.
The activities will last for one month (roughly).

do they go by receipt date or notice date. My applications was sent on april 25th, Will I be getting FP with this batch otherwise i will have to wait again for long time.
