Through my first company, I have done FP on April 2001. Got my EAD. Already submitted yellow form also. Waiting for approval.
Second company acquired the first one. While preparing for ammended I-140, the new attorney told me that my labor was through from VSC so they can not file amended I-140 for me since I have been working in Chicago instead of working under Nebraska center.
Any thoughts and experience in such situation will be highly appreciated.
