Hi,
 My Husband has applied for Green Card (almost year back, California center , Received in Regional office on Nov 2001). Still the labor has not came.
His 6 years of stay on H1 completes by next year. After that can he apply for extension of H1 on yearly basis even though his labor won\'t come by that time? Could you please answer my Question Please and what dates are currently processing in California Center?

Hi,
   I think he can continue with the extension of his H1 because 365 days would have passed by that time. Please visit ISN.org to get more information about this. Please take leage advise. WHatever I know is from experience. I am not a lawyer.

Please Answer : When called Regional office

When I called Regional office to check my labor processing status,
the message says that it has been remanded to Employer.
Will someone answer me what is that means , Is that like declined or what. Thanks in Advance!

I applied for LC in pittsburgh SESA office. When can I expect Labor cleared? Please help me I am new to this.
