Please sign petition to reduce I-140 Backlogs in California Service Center

I am not sure ?

Well, I am not sure what we should do ? Rajeev's transcript seems to be a bit old as it refers to this "According to CSC’s progress report, adjudication for I-140 cases has not shown any progress since August 2003." Since the the JIT dates have moved to Jan 2004 .. I am not really inclined to sign something like this.

Please comment ?

We should contact the Congressman/woman in our jurisdiction. Go to this website http://www.house.gov/ and find your representative. Send a fax to them describing your case. You should gather people from your jurisdiction and attend then next town hall meeting from the representative and present your case.
I sent a fax to Congressman Pete Stark, Congresswoman Anna Eshoo, and others, I contacted Patty Kim at Congresswoman Anna Eshoo's office, she told me I am not in their jurisdiction (Palo Alto), she forwarded my request to Pete Stark (Fremont, CA, congress district 13). I have not contacted Congressman Pete Stark yet, as there is their elections going on now (Nov 2nd) and they will just ignore the case straight up. I will attend the next town hall meeting Congressman Pete Stark has and will submit my request in person. Anyone ready to join me?
