hi,

I had filed for my 140/485 concurrently in Feb 2004 in EB2 category and haven't yet heard back on my case. I just lost my job in jan 2005 and my company has not revoked my application although am a little worried as to if that is really the case.

I am sorry that I can't help you with any solutions but I am also looking for cases similar to mine so I can avoid any denial.

Can you tell me from which State you applied?
