All those applicants who saw their 140 approval lately but did not see any change in their 485 LUD, please respond with your PD.



Similarly all those who saw their 140 approved lately and saw their 485 LUD changed simulatnelously, please respond with your PD.


We are trying to get a trend here...

wouldnt it be better if you put a new tracker with only I140 approvals and pending I485

I-485 RD(12/22/2003) LUD Changed 12/2/2004 for FP
FP DONE 11/20/2004
 
no change in LUD for 485

It has been almost 6 weeks since 140 approval, but no change in 485 status or LUD...Our case is not affected by retrogression...Please see my signature for details.

It wil be good if everyone posts their PD too along with their info, so might be able to analyse the trend better...

My I140 approved on Jan 7th. No LUD change on 485. I am EB3 and PD is 2/1/2002.

So far only RKGC has bucked the trend. We don't know the PD of hayoyun04 to comment on it. Hayoyun04, please change ur signature to include PD.

tr_gc says that "No 485 LUD changes since then" so I assume his 485 LUD changed when he got 140 approval. This also confirms the trend.

Looks like all those who have their 140 approved and FP done and PD current will see their 485 approvals together some where in Feb. Lets keep our fingers crossed, atleast no change in LUD of 485 ( on 140 approval) is not a isolated incident.

Sorry about my message. My I485 LUD and message never changed since the application date. i.e. my message says "Your I485 Application ....was received on January 29, 2004 blah blah....". My I485 message not even changed for my FP results. This is FYI. Again sorry about the confusion.

My son had REF on medical, had LUD, INS recieved REF info on 01/19/04, but myself and rest of family have had no LUD since filing I-485. All we can do is pray for the best.

Anybody with PD's before 1 Jan 2002 should get I485 approved any time ...

other's with PD after 1 Jan 2002 and in for a long wait just like me.

I140/I485 ND: 03/31/2004 ( both labor and I140 filed as EB2, but I-140 got EB3 receipt notice, lawyer filed correction and told me they should correct at approval time, unfortunately I140 approval notice still showing EB-3. My lawyer is working on the correction, he also got AILA liaison involved. Hope I can hear good news soon)
