I am new to AOS. My 140 was approved in the second week of this month.
I am planning to file my 485 in next week.
which documents are needed to file 485?

I am waiting for the pkt from my attorney. My I-140 approved during the 2nd week of this month.
 
In my case

Birth Cert
Marriage Cert
Employment letter
Medical Exam Report
Copy of I94 (self and wife)
Green card photos
Passport Copies
Tax returns, W2, Paystubs - not required by lawyer
I797 copy ( I originally have TN so I also submitted my TN copy)

I just received list from my lawyer.
It contains the same documents as El Liu but he didn\'t mentioned about the employment letter. Do i need the employment letter?
do we need to submit last 3 years tax returns?
