Hi

Does anyone know of any case which is approved

1. who used a substitute labor
2 and used AC21 (after I140 approved, 180 days past I485 filing date)
3. and very important--employer revoked I140..
4. USCIS denied the case
5. concerned person fought it back and got approved

Please let me know...

The USCIS does not update their online status often. Find a good lawyer and fight back after you get the deny notice.
Good Luck, you will be there, do not loose your hope!!!

But do u know of any case in particular in this forum that matches whatever criteria that i had mentioned in my original message..

Also if u know what do u make of this...

1. My lud changed on I140 and I1485 on Nov 2004
2. and when i called USCIS they said intent letter is waiting to go out because old employer cancelled I140
3. But the letter has not been dispatched...also i confirmed with my lawyer that there was no rfe or noid so far
4 Also there was no message change on I140 and I485...I140 message is case approved blah blah and I1485 fp received blah blah

Since my case is past processing date by three months my lawyer did a inquiry last week and now i see that there was a lud change on March 15 2005(yesterday) on my I140 alone.. but the message on I140 is still case approved blah blah.. What do u think they might have done on my I140 yesterday.. I know this is a tough question but this whole GC process is taking a heavy toll on me.. I am just asking whether u have any guesses

My revocation did not happen within the first six months of 485 pending.. It was after 8 months of pending I485...

But one last question do u see any problem since mine being a substitute labor,, does it make any differenece

one so soon.
If my I140 and I485 is not approved and pulled before 180 days, I am done?
Can't I reopen the case using current employer?
