Please respond: I-485 ND before may 2003

I am stuck in the same boat with an I-485 filed before September 2002.

RD August 12 2002
ND August 16 2002
FP1 September 12 2002
RFE January 26 2004, submitted February 27 2004
FP2 ND August 3 2004
FP2 September 11 2004
 
I called the senator's office and they told me to wait 60-90 days after FP2. She called from her Govt line to VSC and got the info that it takes generally 60-90 days after FP2. So people who are done with FP2, may expect approval anytime. Good luck to u all.

Not really. I know a co-worker whose 485 ND is July-2002 still unapproved.
Try to check with FBI if name check is done thru email.
Lastly, open up an enquiry with NSC.

Thanks. I did open an inquiry on 10/12 but now thinking about senator inquiry. Do I have to wait 30 days after the first one?
 
Nevermind, I sent it anyway. 06/01/2003 is scary. From the latest approval posts, it may not be a false alarm.
 
What is FBI email for name check?

I have followed the complaint forum for almost a year but this is my first post. I am stuck with the unlucky ones in VSC!
Does any of you think I've been delayed because of a name check issue? Also, there has been no update on 2nd FP, the CIS message still refers to having received 1st FP in 5/03! Any ideas why?
I read Rahul Kumar's horror story in another thread and I wonder, but would they have approved the I-140 if there had been problems with the name check?
Would any of you kindly tell me what is the email to ask FBI about this?
Also, how do you guys see your LUD? I have checked my status online with CIS many times and have never seen a last update date (?!) on the page.
