Please respond: I-485 ND before may 2003

Guys, I was wondering how many unlucky people are still left who had ND before may 2003. It seems that may-sept 2003, even dec 2003, jan 2004 are getting their approvals!!!! So I am just trying to make a list for people whose ND before may 2003. Please indicate your ND, FP1 and FP2 dates, if name check is cleared and any recent LUD change.
My details are in the signature and name check for both me and spouse is cleared. My EAC number is EAC031415****

Ilfang, you better contact local congressman or senator's office if u did not get FP1 yet.

Unlucky once again...

i was unlucky with the I140...where they put me through agony (RFE....) Now there is no records with FBI regarding name check.

Has USCIS requested name check? (First FP Feb 2004)
Has FBI backlogged so that they haven't entered the request in their system?

Can we know the process stat at FBI name check regarding 'what request date they are processing now?' It is the main cause for all our delays.

so it looks like only 10-12 really unlucky people are left who had ND before may 2003!!!! Extremely unfortunate!!!! :mad:

Usually, I try not to give too much importance to LUD changes. I ve seen lots of people reporting LUD changes 2 days in a row and nothing happening thereafter. But, in my case, LUD has been changing everyday since 10/18 (4 days in a row). What does that tell me? Any thoughts?
