please repond..urgent..EAD renewal

Just another basic question..
Should we cut the photo to the size specified in the INS(also as shown in old EAD card) site or just send the passport size given by the studio to INS for EAD renewal ? When enquired at the studio, they said it is the INS who will cut the photograph. Last time, I remeber sending the passport size to my lawyer. I do not know whether the lawyer cut it or INS did it. Please throw some insight..

is the official guide...
It will be better if you cut the photograph to appropriate size yourself...
