If my 1-485 application gets denial, will my current EAD and AP will be denied on the same day? Can I continue to work for my employer after the denial until they get me H-1? When I will be in the interview for 1-485 if they will deny my case will it be on the same day? Are they putting denied stamp on the passports?

Any info is appreciated. Thanks, Kashif:confused:

generally,

there will be an intent to deny notice served on you. So you will have ample time to apply for H1. After 485 is rejected, EAD and AP are all automatically rejected.

Generally denial notices are not given on interview day, unless there is a serious immigration issue (like a pending deportation or national security matter)

If you think you might face denial, it is better to go to the interview with an attorney.

Thank you Jaxen..one more question

I have a business trip that I have to attend..and my wife`s interview at local ins is scheduled to be in the second week of september, ther is no way i can change for this business trip..is it safe that i send her alone with an attorney with my papers including my business trip details. I thought she might get denial in this circumstances but my lawyer thinks she will be fine..though on her interview notice paper it says the petitioner must accompany her...I don` know what to do..can you share your ideas?

Thanks for your time.
