My wife had LUD on 8/09 after 7/22 FP received message on her 485. Does this mean that her Name check is done?

The message still shows Results of fingerprinting received ...

Change in LUD doesnt mean the name check is done. Usually once when you file your 485 itself, VSC sends it to Washington DC for name check, but LUD changes maybe due to FP received/or if someone is touching your file for review.
