Hi,

I came to USA on H1B with company 'A' with H1B stamping valid upto 2007 and after one year I changed to compnay 'B'with I-797 and valid I-94 upto 2007 but not stamp of company 'B'. I am planning to trip to India in December 2005. Do I need H1B stamp on my passport for compnay 'B' or I can come back on stamp of previous compnay? I really appreciate if you can provide me this info.

Having valid stamp(whoever it is with), and valid approval notice(w/ new employer), no need to stamp.
