Would not go to Miles stockbridge in Baltimore, they messed up my paperwork more than once, they really do not have in-depth knowledge of Physsician immigration, couldn't answer qs and always had to take 2-3 days to "go back and look for informatiom". virginia has a few good immigration attorneys, just make sure they ONLY handle immigration.
