hi every one,
Please answer this qustion. My friend got RFE from VSC requsting his tax return and his w2-form plus his tax files. can any one tell us what do they mean by tax files. Does it mean he has to give them a copy of his tax return from last year or its only w2 form. Very confused. His Rd is feb/99 and Nd is March/99. He does not have a lawyer and we always get help from this board. Thank you very much in advance.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR ANSWER? BUT WILL THEY ASK FOR 1040 FORM TOO? WHAT DO YOU THINK? MY FRIEND IS A COMPUTER PROGRAMMER BUT HE FILED HIS 1040 AS A PROJECT ENGINEER. HE WORKS FOR A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AS A PROGRAMMER. HIS LC IS FOR A COMPUTER PROGRAMMER. DO U THINK IT WILL BE ANY PROBLEM. ANY COMMENTS APPRICIATED.

I am confused between IRS 1040 and INS 140. In any case, your w2 reflects whether someone is paying taxes are not? Secondly, your job description while filing 485 should match with employment letter. I mean if it say Project engineer then employment letter should say Project engineer or lower position because you are filing 485 for the future employment. Please don\'t take my word as advice. This is some thing that I noticed from this board. Please consult an attorney.
