I think all the 2003/2004 approvable cases/cases with the non-lazy officers are done and they well passed into the territory of 2005.

Also all the earliar cases we saw from 2003/2004 are for EB3 and pending since long back.

This one inque is from EB2 and 2005 case. May be all the 2003/2004 EB2 cases are all done and they have Eb2 cases with a 2005 might be the oldest case. Anyway i see this as very positive and Pople from 2006 EB2 like NOSH, KS_CC and myself will have a hope for our turn atleast

Hearty Congrats man. I am really feeling I myself got the approval when I see these posts. I took off today that I could not concentrate in my office.
Could u please add to u r signature about the EB/Country/ND/Transfere details and any other information useful for predictions.

yes I have ND of 2005. I called up TSC 2 weeks ago and was told that security clearance had not been received. In Jan I was told Name check was cleared. So I went for INFOPASS about 10 days ago and was told that case was pre-adjudicated Last May and was awaiting Visa Number to be available. Yesterday morning I called USCIS and told the Rep the complete history that Name Check was cleared, etc and why is the case not getting approved. I asked for referral and yesterday afternoon got a LUD. I knew my case would be approved today.

I am sure the referral had something to do with the case getting approved.

Congrats to all who got approved today. I have been a silent observer and this is my first post. Am also eagerly awaiting approval. My priority date is Jun 2001 and 485 Notice date is July 2005. Just waiting ............

Did you have any FP after 2004? My case has the same timeline as your case. I haven't had any FP after 2004. Most of the case I see getting approved people got FP request in May/April.
