Please post the list of people with ND in Ist or 2nd wk of Aug,99 & still waiting..I don\'t know how INS can post that they are processing Aug 15,99 when so many with ND before that date pending..

My ND is August 4, 1999. I tired of watching people with
their NDs in September getting some response (approval or
RFEs) and nothing till this date for me. What is going
on?

Me too! Our RD is in July 99, & ND in Aug. 99.
Tired of getting the same answer from IIO. I am happy for those people who got approval, however, I feel it is unfair, since there are a lot of people whose dates are earlier, & are still waiting.

We are waiting too!

ND Aug 09. Still waiting. Was told by an IIO on Oct 27 that 4 more weeks. So call back on Nov. 27.
