I did that just today .

Reached there by 7:45 AM . Parking is 4 blocks away .
Take ur approval notice , 2 photos , all EAD and AP ,
Passport and I-94 .

Use the rear entrance (not the front or the side one ) .

First they take your sign and first finger impression and
ask you to wait in the 2nd room . There they stamp your passport.
No sweat . No questions .
Was out by 11:00 AM .

I also did it today. Reached there at 8:25 after waiting till 11:12 in Room 334 was asked to go to Room 136 where I was again in line for around 3hrs..
I think that since I took the coursey copy I was sent to 136... So go staright to 136.
Took I94, EAD, Parole, Approval Notics, 2photos and Passport..

Reached the INS district office at around 11:00 AM.

After Security check
went to room 136
handed Approval Notice (original), I-94, AP, EAD\'s and 2 photos.
THe officer assigned a number and told us to go to room 135 (No questions asked).
Room 135 - Had to wait for 1 1/2 hour for our turn. Reach the counter. Handed my wife\'s papers first. The officer asks for ID (driver license). The officer works on these papers. Then asked for my papers. He scribbles something on the approval notice. Puts the stamp on the passports. Hands us our passports. Says \'You will
receive you cards in 7-10 months\'. That\'s it.

Checked the passports
It had a stamp which is valid for 1 year.
