Just called IIO to find out that the case is under review (whatever that means ?) and it would take 90-120 days before I hear from them.
I hope that is a default/general answer from IIOs.
I\'ve seen other messages where IIOs said 30 days ???

Not keen on calling IIO as i dont trust what they say, as i sad i before, i called them when they had mailed FP notice but i had notreceived it yet and they told me @30 days to go before they send FP, also they told me it takes 90 days for FBI to approve, a BIG FAT LIE!!!
it took FBI only one week.

Called FBI on March 13th and found out hey cleared it on 3/10 and sent it to INS.

RFE (Emp. Letter) mailed on April 6, My lawyer rec\'d on April 9. She replied on Wednesday April 11. Waiting for the news........
