Hi Guys,

I thought it would be hgood idea to have separate thread for the Lab sub case.. Here is my information

What is going on ?? LUD changed for myself and my wife .... Any finger prints expected?? Did any one have same experience before finger prints ??

Labor Substitution
I140- AD: 12/10/2004 (EB3)
I485- ND: 12/23/2004 (EB3)
EAD- AD: 01/26/2005
PD: March 2004

I -140 - LUD: 01/05/2005; 02/03/2005
MySelf: I -485 - LUD: 12/30/2004; 02/03/2005
(No Change in Message)
MyWife: I -485 - LUD: 12/30/2004; 02/16/2005
(No Change in Message)
 
got my FP Scheduled for 04/05/05, it says must capture BIOMETRICS.

does anyone know if this is different than FP?

For FP, they will fingerprints for each finger (both hands). This is used for background investigation.

For Biometrics, they will take fingerprint of right hand index finger, picture and your signature.

Both will be done together based on the column CODE in the FP notice.

LUD changes :)

FP ??? YES !! I got it ... I am wondering since a week why LUD changed for
I 140 & 485 ..

At last mystery ended here ..

I 140 - ND 11/15 ; AD 12/10
I 140 - LUD Change: 01/05 (Before EAD Approval); 02/03 (Before FP)

Mine: I 485 - ND 12/23
I 485 - LUD Changes: 12/30; 02/03 (Before FP)
FP ND: 02/24; FP Date: 03/29

My Wife's : I 485 - ND 12/23
I 485 - LUD Changes: 12/30; 02/16 (Before FP)
FP ND: 02/24; FP Date: 03/26
