i just want to post in here my biggest query which for a novice like me is very important. i want to bring to notice of all people that there are only certain kind of visa applicants like I-485, 760 ... and work visa related people... posting here... point 2... all people post terminologies in short froms which is very difficult for people like me to understand.... point 3.... there is also no permanent thread where all contact numbers and emails of NVC, USCIS and other agencies involved with Immigration...point 3.... please do post how to obtain documents from government agencies in India and abraod... these processes are meant to be simple to expereinced people here but no one has posted a template which can be readymade used by people like us to make applications, etc,,,,

Please do the neeedful.....

Ask your questions again and again. You will get the answers. You have to understand that everyone is busy and they post here just to help others and not because they have to. Just be patient.

I dont agree to what you say that the forum members are busy..... its not about replying late.. its about using fullforms, not using short forms... using... details answers .... and not just putting all the timeliness.... people should post how to start.. from step 1 to step 10.... for all the different visas........
 
It looks to me like what you are looking for is a definition of the different shortened expressions and more understanding of what the stuff in the signatures mean. I agree putting all that in one informative thread would be very helpful. I was lost too when I first started posting here. But the more you participate and read, the more you'll understand, in the interim that's your best option. You can also search for older threads. By the way, there are pretty detailed templates on visajourney.com which you will sometimes be referred to here.
