Please post here if you had lud on i-485 on 8/28/7 and 8/29/7

I called IO and she said so, she did say as soon as a visa number is available (meaning probably they did not assign visa number to my case yet) THEY MIGHT "ALLOCATE' NOT IDEA WHAT SHE MEANT
 
I too had LUDs on my 485 on 28th and 29th. "Card production ordered" on 29th. Infact, got 2 card production ordered emails, one on 28th and the other on 29th. Also curiously, yesterday noon when I checked, the LUD on my 485 was 8/16/07! but it got automatically corrected to 8/29 later in the day, maybe they are doing something with the system.

take infopass appt and re-confirm on NC, because i was bluffed by TSC officer in june once, i called up few times in July and came to know NC was not cleared, then took infopass appt on 8/9/07 (came to know NC pending).

So i suggest got infopass officer, they give u more reliable info rather than TSC officers over phone.

My experiences: i called up tsc yesterday on NC, came to know that it was cleared, i asked few more questions (like when did fbi finalize results, when did uscis receive etc), she couldn't answer it, then i took infopass for today, came to know NC is clear for sure.

btw, my nc was cleared on 8/29/07.
 
If you guys recall there was a round of LUD's at the end of July as well, not sure if there was any conclusion regarding what the massive LUDs mean. But I got one on the 31st and then approval early August.
 
Well guys, no new updates today for me and I assume nothings going to happen till the second week of September as we'll first hit the long holiday and then the sluggish post holiday week.

I'm going to try and switch off from this GC stuff till at least next week.

Probably an exercise in futility but we'll try.

As usual can't sleep, so it's time to surf the internet.

I'll have a quick check Friday evening and then I'm really going to try and switch everything off and see what happens next week.

Your right about my PD being current, but the workings of USCIS seem so strange to me I don't know when things will happen.
