Please post here if 2nd FP Msg clears RFE Msg

Did anyone have this experience that after doing 2nd FP, the RFE message get changed to FP received.

It happened in my case and I called the Customer Service, they informed me that the RFE was for Finger Prints ????

This is the first time I am hearing that 2nd FP notice will cause the online message to change. Anyone has a similar experience, please post.
 
Did you go for 2nd FP with your 1st FP paperwork? Or did you get a 2nd FP appointment letter? Where did you go for fingerprinting?
 
140 thanks for your response, Here are the details:

2nd FP notice was generated on 3/10 and received it on 3/13.
Online message updated to RFE sent on 3/15.
Did the 2nd FP at San Jose ASC on 3/18.
Online message updated to processing resumed on 3/23.
Called the Customer Service and they told me that the RFE was for 2nd FP, though I feel that the person who told this does not a complete idea of the RFE or 2nd FP process.

I am not sure if I should ask the lawyer to do a fax enquiry as I have not seen the online msg updated for 2nd FP. Please advice, as I dont want to stuck in a situation where I have lost the RFE.

There are some cases on this forum where 2nd FP and RFEs have been generated 2-3 days apart. I am interested to see if their RFE message if updated after receiving results from 2nd FP

get_a_lifes msg:Online Status is updated with the second FP reviewed and resumed for both myself and mywife.

Previously it used to be "request for additional information sent" in my case and 1FP status in my wife's case.

Primary first received an RFE message and then Second FP update message.

We received second FP notices and got the FP done last week.

We also received a RFE from USCIS and we are planning to send reply early next week.
