Hello all,,,,,

PLEASE POST APPROVALS OF -EB3 PRIORITY DATE > JAN 2002-INDIA, CHINA, PHIL

All we want to determine is whether USCIS is working on the cases whose PD > Jan 2002 is getting processed or not.... So if any one of you, your friends or any one got any of the following after jan 1st 2005....please post the details of the cases in any of these status changes.

Approvals...
RFE ....
Denials.....
Transfers .....
 
This thread can be made a sticky

I have seen similar threads being open with the same subject. It would be great if someone can make this a STICKY..as lot of people will be interested in following this particular thread anyways.

I agree, it should me made a sticky.

Anybody, how can it be made a sticky? Do the creator of the thread has to do something or the moderator does it on our request?

Dear Friends,

I cannot beleive what just happened. I checked my mailbox a while ago and I found this letter from CIS. Approved!! I am EB3 with PD of March 2003. With retrogression for India I was prepared for another endless wait....! I hope everyone get approved soon!!!

He had seen several LUD changes before it got approved..

Anyways.. anybody from this thread contacted FBI regarding name check?
If so, can you please tell me if there is any already available template or sample letter?
