Please post approvals in a new thread

All, It is good to hear about approvals. At least it keeps hopes alive. Please try to use a new thread for a new approval. We at least know what is going on. Did anyone notice that the last 5 approvals (2 today + 3 yesterday) from rupnet have been EB2 for NSC?

eb2s from 2001 and 2002 have been flowing in regularly, it was recent concurrent (late 2003 and early 2004)cases that were stuck.

Just now I got email from USCIS that I-485 for me & wife are approved on 11/18/04, details as below:-

EB3, RIR, RD 10/08/03 NSC Original Labor (somewhere in July 2003)

I 140 approved on 11/10/04.

FP was done on June 18, 2004. Second EAD RD 09/03/04, approved on 11/16/04.
I initiated an inquiry when dates were in December.
