There are few folks who had RFE got approved...I can remember one person at least, araj_98, I guess. I don't know what these jokers are upto...My immediate interest is to know if our case has been pre-adjudicated or not. Let's wait and watch.
Can you update your signature with your recent LUDs?

araj_98 got approved in August (?). We have to see some RFE EB3 approvals in September, otherwise it looks hopeless.

Also I got mine approved on 9/6/2007. Mine WAS EB3 from India, Dec 2001. What a relief .
