Please-Please(Which form to be filled out for change of Address)

My 485-Stamping was done at Newark,I am mooving to Dallas, which form i should fillout for change of address.
 
This form asks for Employers name and address.

I lost my job. This form asks the address of employers name. Will it create any trouble?
 
The best way...

I sent AR11 to local INS, INS Nebraska and to the address on AR11 format. I went in person to local INS office to get the address updated. Nothing has worked. The plastic card came to the old address and got forwarded to new home address. Later we called the INS over phone and got the address updated. So the best way is to send AR11 and call INS over phone and get it updated with the address change.

I have received my plastic card. I am moving to the new house. I have also changed job. In the AR-11 form they have asked for the employer address. In my case i have changed job, so i will be giving the new employer address. Will that create problem.

I have been moved for more than a year and haven\'t filed AR11 yet. If I file it now, would it cause any problem?

Also, where can I find out the detail of AR11? such as who should file.
