It seems many 485 applicants with ND later than April 00 have done FP. Please keep posted us if your ND is later than April 00 and got 485 approved. That will help to understand INS fuzzy processing style in sending FPs for later applicants while many OCT 99 to APR 00 are waiting with frustration.

I agree. This will give us some understanding on INS\'s changed procedures.

FYI, I did my FP end of Nov 2000. RD & ND July 13, 2000. Still waiting for approval. EB2 India

I believe there\'s 1 already whose ND is 7/00.
I just forgot his name. It was only last month
(Jan 00). At VSC too.

I have been following different sites but haven\'t come across anything so far. Are you sure it was VSC. Only thing i can think is perhaps the guy was CSC which should not come as a surprise.

Did any of you guys in the 00 year range talk to an IIO. If u guys did could u please update the forum with the conversation so we get an idea of an approximate time frame instead of getting hyper and growing taller with eagerness :)

It is I485 at VSC too.
He was on this site too.
I will try to look for him again.
I\'ve been watching any I485 approvals
with ND after 4/00.
My ND is 10/00.

You have given your dates. Thanks. But you haven\'t mentioned if you got an approval. I\'m assuming you did not get an approval since you haven\'t mentioned. Am I right?

I agree with you usribh, hopefully we should be able forcast some trend on how INS has decided to process cases.

My Category EB2, PD: 8/19/1999, RD for my I-485 is 8/9/2000 And ND 8/19/2000 .Received my EAD on 9/14/2000 and FP taken on 11/22/00 and waiting.
