Please I need your advise!!!

My company gave the attorney their W3 for 2004, W3 and tax return 2003 as the company ability to pay, but the attorney says he doesn't know what is W3 ; he is feeling reluctant to send them to uscis. Please I need help, what is this W3 and have anyone got an approval with only W3s of the company?

W3 Forms

The W3 forms are the summary of all the W2 wages etc... So it generally tells how much the company paid as wages etc to IRS.

I think companies tax returns is sufficient... for ablilty to pay issues .. if the profits are higher than the net wages and other expenses .

But they gave the attorney only their W3 2004, no tax return form enclosed for 2004 though they enclosed both tax return form and W3 for the 2003. I don't know what to do!

My company hasn't filed this year's tax return yet when I submitted the response to the RFE. I also included all my W-2 forms and this year's pay stubs.

I think you should be fine.
