please i need urgent help

got PGY1 position in hospital with conditional green card six months ago. Now my american husband wants to get rid of me... my hospital doesnt sponsor any visas... any one with similar experience? advice please.
Has anyone filled divorce and applied for removal of conditional status by him/herself??? is it possible to do? can I still work and get training in this country?

Yes, this can be done. You should consult with a good immigration attorney. What you basically do is that you file for removal of conditions based on the fact that you entered into the marriage in good faith and that the end of the relationship was beyond your control.
Collect all paperwork and all evidence showing that you where in a 'bona-fide' marriage (common financial paperwork, evidence of a common residence, affidavits from people who can attest to the fact that you where married etc.).

It is by far not certain that you can get this 'waiver of the common filing requirement', but it can be done.

You shouldn't file for divorce yourself, wait for him to make the move.

If he abuses you, you can get a waiver of the common filing on that grounds (if this is the case, you should collect everything you have, police reports, hospital bills etc).
