PLease i need Help regarding Forms

Hi people

I was Granted Asylum NOV 27 2007 so i will apply for my adjust of status next week.

I called the 800 number and really they have no answers to what forms should i send when i file my i-485 .

I took my medical test 2 days ago

i will send my i-485 G-325A i-693 and i-643 Please let me know if there is something missing.



Copy of my driver license and social security , some bills and the home lease ...

My asylum approval letter and the i-94 ..

read the instructions for many hrs and u will be fine. I filed myself and i did for others.
it takes lots of time but it's not too hard.

Thank you for your response iam half the way but iam stuck with the i-485 now :D

Date of your last entry and i-94 # should i use the new i-94 # and the date i was granted asylum or i will use the old i-94 and last arrival date @ SFO

It should be the date you last entered in the U.S. and not the date you were granted asylum
