i am flying air canada from washington dulles to toronto and from there to new delhi on an advance parole ...do i need a candian visa

I dont think you will need a candian visa if you are not planning to go out of the airport and if you carry with you the onward tickets to Delhi. Plus your transit should not exceed 12 hours.

Yes! you certainly have to show your AP while departing from US and while re-entering the US.
