I have a question about how the I-485 is processed: my PD for EB2 NIW is July 8, 2002, and got approved Jan 18, 2003, then filed I-485 and the ND is March 6, 2003, when NSC treat my case for I-485, is it based on 3/6/03 or 7/6/06.
