I am in the situation where my relative has probelm with H1 employer. My relative has joined the compnay last week (May 21, 2003) and within one week instead of paying him company is asking him to invest in projects. Company didnt even care to apply for Social security card or anything for him as he kept him very busy. Now the employer asked to leave or join some other company. Obviously my relative didnot apply for Social security number and i wanted to know what can be done at this point to being out of status.
