Please help!

I hav eto apply for Advanced Parole ( AP) and EAD renewals. Please someone tell me which addresses to send the applications to. My lawyer is asking too much money and I want to do it myself. I went to INS website and got address to send EAD renewal from but don't know the address to send my AP renewal forms.

EAD, AP goes to the same office. Only AR-11 (address change) goes to Washington DC.

For I-485 pending cases, you need to file at the Service Center with jurisdiction over your residence or Local Office - depending on where your case is pending.

I have done my 2 EAD renewals and 1 AP at INS Dallas local office. It takes about 30 days on average for EAD, only 3 weeks for AP. They ask you to come in and make the EAD on the spot. Hope this help.

Thanks for the replies. But I just want to make sure somthing:

I am in atlanta, my service center is TX .

I should send the EAD renewal forms to

INS Service center
PO Box 851041
Mesquite, TX 75185-1041

But where will I send the AP (Advanced Parole) forms to? Same address? or different?


Please some one give me the address. I looked at 'where to file' but its confusing. I need the exact address.
