I don\'t think that\'s possible
Iam pretty sure that L1 period counts towards the H1 6 yrs period . Now , I have also heard that if you get a fresh L1 then the earlier L1 period will be voided (Iam not very sure if its true) .
As the name of this thread implies we are the "Silent Sufferers" , we have very few to none "ways" of getting across this issue of 6 yrs if we have not applied for premanent status . And looking at how the Labor process is moving some of us would need lots of "lucks" .
