I am a U.K citizen my Husband is a U.S citizen, we have been married for 1 year. I still reside in the U.K and he still in the U.S.
At present my husband is in prison and I need to find out if I can apply for a green card with his current circumstances.
I have been told that we need to go down the k3 route and due to his incarceration I can be sponsored by a memeber of his family?? please anyone with advice i would be grateful.
 
I would be very much surprised if a US citizen is allowed to sponsor relatives while incarcerated. Having said that, you should definetly consult with a competent attorney.
