I am on F-1 and study at language school. My study will complete at may,15. And then I am going to transfer to another language school to stay in legal status. I cant really study now because I have a young baby (he was born in US 5 month ago). Is it legal to study at school for a week or two with new i-20 and then transfer to another one?
In my situation with a baby is it possible to get EAD because of unexpected economic hardship? Is it sufficient argument? Or I should change the status to be able to work? If I need to change status - to which one?
If I will apply for EAD with economic hardship reasons, will it affect on my visa and status in future (if i will apply for F-1 again for example)?
