Once GC holder's spouse in USA ...can he immediately apply for her adjustment of status ????
If you get married to your fiance, you could sponsor her as a spouse of a permanent resident. This is a second preference (a) visa category in terms of family based visas.
According to the most recent USCIS visa bulletin http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_3897.html
currently they are working on applications that were sent to USCIS in feb 03, therefore if you go this route (which is the quickest one available to yourself unless your fiance obtains her own work/study related visa) it will take about 5 years to get her over here.
