Please Help!!!!

I am a US citizen and got married to my non-US born wife outside of US. She has a Consulate Interview tomorrow at the embassy to obtain visa to come to USA. The question is: Does she get her Conditional GC ( since we have been married less then 2y) right away?...or do we need to file additional documents like i_485 or others?

She won't get a GC without filing all of the AoS paperwork, thats for certain. I'm not sure of the procedure for bringing her in or what visa she will get as thats not my situation. I'm sure someone else will help out with that.

well if u tell us more about ur situation someone on this forum who went thru the same way.might speak up.things like on what visa is she coming to the u.s....
