Sorry about asking again, after you win and recieve first package, fill forms, recieve second package and have already interview date, is it possible to deny you the visa by your studies??

We describe our studies in the DSP-122 clearly, and the lenght, so if they said everything was correct, can they say no at the interview, or have interview means that we already qualify????

Thanks to everybody

Why you are so worrey? did you show the qualification which you don't have proof? You can fill up whatever you want when you send the form back, but you have to show the proof of that when you will meet the consular for Interview.

In DSP-122 and other forms to KCC what you fill are basically what you claim (not verified yet). Those claims are actually compared, scrutinised, and verified critically only during your interview. Therefore, interview is the actual and most critical event which literally determines your fate. Understandably, most of the denial/difficulties arise during interviews.

Wish you good luck!

Explanation

OK, we have something that is called Professional Formation (+/- Vocational School) but in my country to get this you have to study 5 years, and is secondary education, you can have access to University when you finish, we have the Diploma (5 years degree), so in total we have studied 13 years of primary and secondary education.

But what I dont know if that is comparable to US high school, we tokk math, chemistry, history and all that.

We filled that in the DSP122, my question is, if that is not enough would KCC told me that we dont qualify, or something, or would give interview anyway???

Thanks

Don't worry, Alex. Everything will be OK. :)
In the local US Embassy they know perfectly what technikum is (if that's what you graduated from), or other educational institutions for that matter. You wouldn't have to explain it to them. Just have your diplomas ready to prove the level of your education.
To answer your question: Yes, you get your approval or denial at the interview, as dreamer explained. Having an interview scheduled doesn't mean you're approved.
Best of luck!
