Please help!

My I140 (NIW) was approved on March 2, 2006, and my I485 is pending with PD July 5, 2005. I am currently a postdoc at a university.

Now, I have an opportunity to work at a bank. My friend told me that, by AC21, I am allowed to freely change jobs after 180 days from the approval date of my I140. Does anyone know if this is true? Can anybody tell me the clause of AC21 that applies to my situation?

------- your I-140 was approved NIW if you get the new job in same field of NIW then you can use AC21. AC21 job change with same/similar job duties. I dont think Bank job has same/similar skills.
