My wife has an approved I140. But we are not able to file for 485 because of retro. I have filed for my PERM.
I have an Canadian PR card and to maintain that I will be moving to Canada in Sept.
So...
I assume my wife cannot file for 485 since she will not be here. So does she need to file an amendment to I140 or a new 140 to take Consular processing in Montreal ?
If my PERM is approved let us say after I leave the country in oct. then can i file for a CP in montreal ?
