Hi,we applied for I-140 and I-485 in december 2004
EB2
I-140
RD-dec 23 2004
ND-dec 30 2004

I-485
RD-UNKNOWN(there is no date just says UNKNOWN)
ND-jan 18th 2005
Got EAD and AP in march
no finger prints yet
did any one recieve reciept date as UNKNOWN.is this normal?

i checked for my status online it says VALIDATION ERROR-status for this cannot be found

I-140 had RFE on educational background(did not send reply for it)

is there any one around this date did not recieve there FINGER PRINTS yet

please help what to do in this situation.

Hi:

You should have received your FP by now. My FP was lost in the mail (according to CSC). So I e-mailed them and they sent another FP notice that I received yesterday. My RD is April 14, 2005. So you should have received your FP by now.

Please try these wo e-mails for your 140 and 485 respectively. You should get replies in hours to a few days. I hope that your FP notice is not lost. Did your attorney get an FP notice? Check with him. You can also ask your attorney to use the emergency number to contact CSC. You need to take some action very fast. If one does not respond to an FP notice, they can consider the applciations as abandoned.
